Me and Technology

I strive to be great, and every day is a challenge. I always seek to improve myself one step at a time.

I started my career in web development in May 2019. I have gone through several online courses as well as a two-semester university program to learn web development. I enjoy waking up each day to learn more and create new things, and I want to make a positive impact on the people around me, and the people in the world.

I love to work with React and JavaScript. Programming feels like a game to me, and I am extremely passionate about making progress in software.

I have been working as a web developer since 2020. I found tremendous joy in developing web projects, and I have been happy to grow my skills in this area for the past years.

I am currently attending college for Civil Engineering. I am taking Calculus 1.

I am living in Santa Cruz, California, a wonderful beach town near the East Bay where I grew up. I enjoy drawing, bicycling, camping, DJing house music, and rock climbing.

I have studied many different subjects in my life. For many years I searched for the right career, as I wanted to find the thing that I really loved to do. Finally, after many years, I stumbled upon web development.

I grew to love web development for many reasons. I enjoy it especially because it allows be to express my artistic and technical sides simultaneously. I loved math in school, and I love the way programming has a mathematical side of thinking to it. I am passionate about my career and I am thankful that I found this path.

I relish learning new things every day. I see every step I take as a brick in the foundation for the skyscraper that is my long-term career.
